**_ The Opportunity?_**
With current work scopes increasing, **SIMPEC **has long-term opportunities for experienced **Boilermaker/Pipe Fitters, Scaffolders and Riggers **to join our growing team.** **Reporting to the Supervisor and** **working locally at the **Kwinana** based** Cockburn Cement Upgrade (CCL) Project**, these positions will work an ongoing **Monday to Friday, 50-hour work week.**
**_ The Details?_**
This **Greenfields Project **is significant for the WA economy and will showcase the latest technologies in cement production, with the plant featuring a lower carbon footprint with CO2 emissions projected to reduce by up to 20% compared to existing operations.
- ASAP start, with at least 12 months of work
- A Monday to Friday work week - 52.5 hours per week
- 6:30am start - 5:00pm finish
- Rates and allowances include but are not limited to:
- $41.61 to $43.58 per hour with penalties
- $17.43 per day travel allowance
- $2.50 per hour worked Project Incentive Payment (PIP) - paid out at project completion
- 1.75 ordinary hours per week severance
**_ About You?_**
- Always lead by example with respect to health and safety on site, contributing and complying with all site safety initiatives and procedures, and embracing the **SIMPEC SIMSafe **culture framework.
- Previous **experience in Construction**:
- Hold a **Construction Card/White/Blue card**:
- Hold **Working at Heights** from within the last 2 years
- Hold a current **HRWL with Elevated Work Platform above 11 meters **(for Riggers only)
- Hold a **First Attack Firefighting ticket **(for Boilermakers/Pipe fitters only)
- Comfortable building positive and productive working relationships with your colleagues and relevant site stakeholders
- Strongly demonstrate and support the **SIMPEC core values**; _Lead Positively - Create Teams - Be Like No Other_
