**The Opportunity**

Our team based in Kwinana, are looking for a Leading Hand - Track to direct a team delivering rail maintenance on Arc Infrastructure's rail network. In the role of a Leading Hand you will be responsible for a skilled and experienced team undertaking critical maintenance works on the freight rail infrastructure throughout Kwinana and surrounds. It's a very physical job including a lot of manual handling so you must be willing to get your hands dirty. The current roster is 5 days on and 2 days off, there may be a requirement to work away from home and some weekends.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Significant experience in rail permanent way and maintenance
- CERT III in Rail Infrastructure or equivalent
- Current valid 'C' Class Driver's Licence Licence (MR/CN/LF desirable)
