**Your new company**

You new business is a growing defence technology organisation based in Sydney who are looking to expand their Production team in the new year. They provide mission essential capabilities through their technology and products to support defence capabilities.

**Your new role**

As a Production Technician, you'll be joining an expanding production team as the organisation increase their production quantities and the complexity of their products, responsible for the assembly and testing of their products. You will not only work on the established products, but you will also work with the tech team on the development and testing of products and different stages of research and development.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Degree in Engineering OR relevant certification as a technician
- Defence clearance eligible
- Demonstrated experience with electronics assembly
- Background in testing and with RF equipment desirable
- Experience with hand soldering and in soldering cables and PCBAs
- Ability to follow complex assembly and testing instructions
