Your role at St John of God Geelong Hospital
You will maintain a high standard of health records and provide an efficient service to internal departments and external organisations.
The Position- Accurate and timely scanning of health record documents into the Scanned Health Record System (SHRS)- Prepare and verify documents for scanning to SHRS.-
- Liaise with secondary storage contractor for the retrieval and return of health records.- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with SJGHC Policy.- Participate as a valued team member promoting and contributing to a supportive team environment.- Communicate effectively with all customers and patients using the appropriate channels, utilising appropriate formal and informal channels of communication.
You will have the ability to use initiative and demonstrate reliability while being self-motivated and able to prioritise a busy and varied workload. Flexibility to cover planned leave would be highly regarded.

We can offer you- Salary: $57,859 to $59,522 (Pro rata basis) plus 11.5% superannuation- Permanent Part time role, working 30 hours a fortnight.- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
