To maintain a high standard of health records and provide an efficient service to internal departments and external organisations.

Join our team as a Health Information Clerk
We currently have two exciting opportunities available:
- Permanent Part-time | 30 hours per fortnight- Fixed-term Part-time (12 months) | 56 hours per fortnight

The Position- Accurate and timely scanning of health record documents to Scanned Health Record System (SHRS).- Prepare and verify documents for scanning to SHRS.- Perform quality activities on scanned documents.- Correct identified anomalies in SHRS.-
- Update and maintain doctor and practice database.- Filing and culling of health records.- Maintain health record tracking system for all record movements.- Collect and sort mail.- Liaise with secondary storage contractor for the retrieval and return of health records

You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

We can offer you- Salary: $60,173 to $61,903 per annum (pro rata for part-time), plus 12% superannuation- Permanent Part time role, working 30hours a fornight & Fixed-term Part-time (12 months), 56 hours per fortnight.- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
