**About the Role**

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced* Waitstaff *to work across our eateries at the Club. We are currently recruiting for our restaurant outlets. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your hospitality career in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Demonstrating our Culture Values - Strong Team Player, Willingness to Surprise and Delight our guests and a 'Can-Do' Attitude.
- Greeting all customers and projecting a positive, motivated and friendly image to guests and staff
- Assisting with all customer enquiries, or requests regarding products and services
- Providing efficient and accurate service of food & beverage items to customers in bar areas and/or functions
- Restaurant duties; including table preparation, food & beverage service and cleaning duties
- Suggestive selling of menu items
- Bar service, where required
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, across a broad range of diverse cultures
- Cash handling

Essential experience:

- Experience working in an al a carte restaurant environment
- Knowledge of responsible service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to carry 3-plates
- Ability to create and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)

Essential qualities & behaviour:

- Ability to provide an effective approach to Customer Service delivery
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Efficient cash handling skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional conflict resolution techniques
- Must have RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous or current experience in restaurant service
- Immaculate personal presentation
- A dependable and enthusiastic attitude
- Flexibility to work when required: weekday’s and weekend’s
- Rights to work in Australia
