**COMMITTEE SERVICES OFFICER**

**DEPARTMENT OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL**
We are seeking an administrative officer who possesses exceptional organisational and administrative skills to fill a parental leave cover on a full time, 12-month fixed term basis.
- Fixed Term, full time
- PoV Grade 3.1, $74,580 - $82,571 +11.5% super

**About the role**

As Committee Services Officer you will provide high level administrative expertise and executive support to parliamentary Committees.

Working within a small team, you will assist with room maintenance and bookings for meeting rooms and public hearings, provide general administrative support to parliamentary Committees and liaise with Members of Parliament, parliamentary staff and key stakeholders to ensure efficient day to day operations of parliamentary committees.

**About you**

You will be a team player with highly-developed communication, administrative, computer and organisational skills.

Your ability to work with mínimal supervision to manage competing priorities will be the key to your success in this role.
