- Position: Overnight laboratory assistant
- Position type: Full-time
- Location: Collingwood

- Melbourne Pathology is one of Victoria’s largest diagnostic pathology laboratories, committed to providing high quality healthcare throughout metropolitan Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate.
- An enthusiastic person is required to join our busy evening team in the Microbiology department in Collingwood.
- Position requirements:
- Experience in a Microbiology diagnostic laboratory with Australian industry experience would be advantageous
- The ability to work as part of a busy team and unsupervised when required
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Understanding of and commitment to OH&S.

Duties include:
- Reception and processing of samples
- Microscopy of urine samples
- Participation in the educational and quality assurance activities of the department
- Running and troubleshooting of automated systems.

The successful applicants shift time will be 11pm - 7am.
