Ventia's Energy QLD Contract Manager is looking for a skilled Asset Manager to help manage the planned and preventative maintenance of approximately 1800 sites. Based in a Newstead office location this casual opportunity will include day to day management of a team of up to 3 personnel and will work full-time hours across an estimated period of initially 3 months.

About the role
- Manage PPM schedule and dispatch of monthly scheduled work orders, plus other tasks including a Variations Register, Asset data updates and liaising with subcontractors.
- Planned maintenance/schedule, adjustments are a main focus
- Managing high-volume Planned and Preventative Maintenance schedule across approximately 1800 sites for all hard and soft FM disciplines
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of work orders to vendors
- Address issues from subcontractors with errors or inaccuracies in the schedule
- Ensure relevant changes to the schedule are incorporated each month (e.g. Variations, pricing updates, approved variations, new sites etc)
- Ensure the schedule and maintenance performed is compliant to relevant Australian Standards or industry guidelines.
- Management/oversight plus some hands-on for Asset Data updates and variations registering and liaising with subcontractors to discuss any errors in their schedule and making relevant corrections.

Experience we are looking for
- Assets experience i.e. Maintenance, Management of Assets within a building i.e. Fire Systems, Aircon etc.
- Engineering degree highly desirable
- Asset Management and Maintenance Management experience in hard and soft FM from a facilities management environment but not direct FM role.
- SAP experience highly desirable
- Ability to obtain a Police check
