**What You'll Do**
- **Be Hands-On**: Roll up your sleeves and get involved in sneaker cleaning and restoration - on-the-job training provided
- **Lead the Team**: Manage and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service and quality care.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee the cleaning volume and staff at both the **Martin Place** and **Zetland** stores.
- **Roster Management**: Create and manage rosters within budget while ensuring seamless operations across both locations.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Be the face of The Sneaker Laundry, delivering outstanding experiences for sneaker enthusiasts and everyday customers alike.

- Enthusiastic about **sneakers** and their care.
- Have prior experience in **retail** or **customer service** (bonus points if you've led a team).
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Energetic and ready to embrace a hands-on role.
- A strong communicator who can motivate a team and foster a positive work culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
