The Role:
We are seeking a Business Leader to join our retail store leadership team at Hype DC Birkenhead Point Outlet. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be instrumental in executing the brand vision, cultivating a high-performance store culture, creating memorable customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence.
In collaboration with your Area Manager, you will promote a people-first culture, drive sales growth, and advance your leadership career.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating a world-class team and vibrant store environment
- Managing a multimillion-dollar store, driving sales and meeting financial targets
- Implementing brand vision and strategy
- Prioritizing customer experience to ensure memorable interactions
- Fostering a people-first culture by empowering and developing your team
- Providing coaching, support, and feedback to achieve results
- Recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new team members
- Delivering a seamless omni-channel experience, including online order preparation
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure store excellence
- Creating a fun and safe environment for customers and staff
Ideal Candidate:
- Team-oriented with a passion for excellence in sales, operations, and loss prevention
- Experienced and passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences
- A motivating coach capable of inspiring a large team of brand ambassadors
- Retail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
- Driven with a proactive, 'Make it Happen' attitude
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales growth and KPI achievement
- Skilled in roster management and wage control
