You will have the opportunity to be leading a team of 5-7 chefs and working alongside passionate chefs.

You will be working with an experienced team in an innovative environment working with a Mibrasa charcoal oven and amongst industry professionals, whom creativity, style, discipline, and standards are everything.
- Previous work in a similar dining / busy environment
- Hold relevant qualifications / experience making/Cooking pasta/Pizza
- Can take ownership of their role
- Work and thrive under pressure
- Work and communicate effectively in a team environment and under direction
- Eye for detail and consistency

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newcastle, NSW 2300: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
