Children services Compliance Officer / Team Mentor
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Provide leadership and direction to staff
- Build relationships with children, their families and the school
- Carry out compliance administration requirements of the services
- Regularly risk-assess all the services and provide guidance
- Oversee the implementation of and adherence to relevant law, regulations and National Quality Framework including ‘My Time Our Place’
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in managing and developing a team of staff
- Sound understanding of the National Law & Regulations, National Quality Framework including “My Time Our Place” framework
- Diploma Qualifications in Children’s Services
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to build sound networks within the team, school and community
Regulated Requirements (completed or willing to obtain)
- A current Employee Working with Children's Check
- HLTAID003 or higher First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training
- Child Protection Training
General Work Hours
- Full-time position / Flexible hours
- Monday - Friday
**Job Type**:
Full-time Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
