Grow with us in a supportive and encouraging environment—your leadership journey starts here **Key Responsibilities (please note you will be supported by our management team - director of operations and compliance officer)** - Develop and implement educational programs for children aged 5-12 in Before School, After School, and Vacation Care. - Build strong relationships with children, families, and schools. - Be a supportive team mentor **Position Requirements** - Minimum 1 year of experience in before and after school care. - Passionate and innovative approach to creating quality education and care for children aged 5-12. - Sound knowledge of the National Law & Regulations, the National Quality Framework, and the "My Time, Our Place" framework. - Preferably Diploma qualifications in Outside School Hours Care or Children's Services. - Willingness to engage in professional development. **Essential** - A current Employee Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain). - Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain). **Work Availability** - Monday to Friday OR 4 days a week. **General Hours** - Part-time - Before School Care: 7:00 am - 9:00 am - After School Care: 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm **Pay Rate** - Pay rate is dependent on experience and qualifications. **Job Types**: Part-time, Casual Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour Schedule: - Shift work Supplementary Pay: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Bonnet Bay, NSW 2226: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Teaching: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Working with Children Check (preferred) - Driver Licence (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: In person
