We are seeking a reliable and motivated Farm Hand to join our team in Echuca, Victoria. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a passion for broadacre farming and proven experience in crop irrigation systems. You'll play a key role in supporting seasonal cropping programs and ensuring optimal irrigation performance across the farm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with planting, spraying, harvesting, and general crop management activities
- Operate and maintain crop irrigation systems
- Operate tractors, loaders, ATVs, headers, sprayers and other farm machinery
- Carry out machinery maintenance and basic repairs
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pumps, pipes, and other irrigation infrastructure
- Carry out general farm maintenance, including mowing lawns, cleaning sheds, and tidying work areas
- Perform general farm duties as needed to support smooth operations

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous experience as a farm hand, particularly with broadacre farming operations
- Hands on experience in crop irrigation and knowledge of irrigation scheduling principles
- Mechanically minded with the ability to operate and maintain farm machinery
- A current HR Truck licence is desirable
- Strong work ethic with a proactive and can-do attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours during peak periods
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
