We’re seeking a Full-Time Trades Assistant to join our team at Rural Group in Echuca. You’ll play a key role supporting multiple departments by cleaning, servicing, assembling, and preparing agricultural and farming equipment. If you’re eager to learn new skills, tackle different tasks every day, and contribute to a friendly local crew, this role is for you

The Opportunity:

- Assist all departments as required.
- General cleaning of machinery and equipment.
- Routine servicing of agriculture and farming equipment.
- Assembling and predelivery of specialised agriculture and farming equipment.
- Operating and assembling a variety of machinery and equipment.
- Performing quality assurance on the product.
- Undertake minor repairs as required.

About you:

- Current forklift license would be an advantage
- Experience working with agricultural equipment an advantage
- Possess a current drivers’ licence
- Mechanically minded
- A great work ethic with an understanding of the importance of a safe and clean work environment
