Experienced Irrigator

Kagome Australia is a leading agribusiness with farms located across regional Victoria and New South Wales.

Kagome is looking for an _experienced _Irrigation Farm Hand to join our field operations team in the **Deniliquin (NSW)**area.

**Duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Assisting with the delivering of water and fertigation requirements to all crops
- Assisting with maintaining irrigation infrastructure including irrigation lines and connectors, pumps, filtration systems, motors, and automated delivery systems
- Monitoring water usage via monitoring systems and visual observations
- Contributing to the development and improvement of irrigation systems
- Setting up and repairing irrigation infrastructure
- Land development and preparation _(as required)_
- Tractor Work _(as required)_
- Routine maintenance of farming equipment and machinery

**What you offer**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience working on broad acre or row cropping farms.
- Open class driver’s license
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
- High Risk Work Licence Forklift LF and/or Crane CN (Desirable)
- AgChem Accreditation.
- An understanding of irrigation systems - Pivot and/or Drip (Essential)
- A passion for agriculture and desire to establish a long-term employment relationship with Kagome.
- Physically fit.
