**The Role...**
With continued growth,_ we have_ multiple opportunities for casual Disability Support Workers to join the team working in across our Day Programs and Supported Independent Living homes, supporting adults and children with a disability.
With a focus on availability for weekends and overnight shifts, you will have the opportunity to pick up some extra $$$. The flexibility these roles provide mean whether you are a student, looking for a second job or just want to work when you want to work, we are the place for you.
The role will actively engage with our participants in daily programs to support life skill development and social inclusion in line with individual support needs. You will work closely with your colleagues to build effective and meaningful relationships with our participants to ensure only the highest level of support is provided. We provide a range of supports that are flexible and responsive to the changing needs of our participants. Our aim is to enable our participants to live a quality life in their community, a life that is as independent as possible and that is meaningful to the person.
