**_Sydney Region_** and looking for committed and energetic Disability Support Worker to join our team to deliver these services. We have high demand in the following suburbs with clients needing immediate support:
**Blackheath, Rooty Hills, Glendenning, Spring Farm, Oran Park, Caringbah, Terry Hills, Castle Hills, Ashfield, Maianbar and Surrounding Suburbs.**

**About the Role**:
You will be supporting clients with Complex Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities. Your role will further include:

- Supporting individuals in Residential settings including, Support Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation, Community Access and 1-on-1 Support.
- Enhance the lives of individuals by engaging with their daily activities and assisting with daily routine including personal care, menu planning, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, shopping and other activities of daily living
- Manage accurate and detailed shift reports including progress notes and incident reports
- Ability to work collaborative in a team and autonomously

**To be considered for this role you will need**:

- Current CPR, FIRST AID, Working with Children Check (WWCC) & NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)
- Evidence of **3 doses of Covid-19 Vaccination**:

- **Minimum of 6 months experience** supporting individuals living with Intellectual Disability, Mental Health, or Youth in Crisis
- Qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Mental Health, Youth or in other related fields is highly desirable
- **Current Drivers License**
