The primary focus of the role is to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing complex acoustics, noise, and vibration projects. Your extensive experience and expertise will be instrumental in guiding the team to deliver innovative solutions, manage projects efficiently, and provide high-level technical insights. Reporting to senior management, you will be a key influencer in the team and discipline.

**The Opportunity**
- Lead acoustics, noise, and vibration projects, demonstrating expertise in solving complex engineering challenges.
- Provide strategic project management, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines for innovative solutions.
- Effectively summarize and present technical data and insights in detailed reports.
- Mentor and coordinate diverse engineering teams, fostering growth and efficient project delivery.
- Proactively engage with clients, draft proposals, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication of technical matters.

**Is this role right for you?**
- Degree in engineering with potential to achieve a RPEQ certification.
- Possess a robust track record of extensive experience in acoustics consulting or a related discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of the fundamentals of acoustics, noise and vibration, and current codes and standards
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of acoustics, noise, and vibration fundamentals, as well as proficiency in utilizing empirical, analytical, and simulation tools.
