**Job Description**:
Accelerate your success by becoming an Assistant Valuer within our highly regarded Valuation and Advisory Services team. This is a rare opportunity for a recent property graduate to work alongside and be mentored by an experienced Director who specialises in the valuation of the hotel and accommodation asset class including opportunities to specialise in other non-traditional asset classes such student accommodation, build to rent and pubs..

You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence, completion of cash flow models and compilation of reports.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful you will need to demonstrate;
- Strong attention to detail
- Property related degree, or in your final year of study
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
- Intermediate to Advanced level of MS Office skills
- Have a positive work ethic
- Proactive and self-motivated - keen to add value to the team

Your strong numerical analysis and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.
