Accelerate your success by becoming an Assistant Valuer within our highly regarded Valuation and Advisory team based in the Brisbane CBD. This is a rare opportunity for a recent property graduate to work alongside and be mentored by our experienced team of market leading specialists.

You will be exposed to and perform detailed valuations on a range of asset classes including commercial and industrial, in addition to undertaking development feasibility and market research.

Some of your key duties:

- Produce quality and timely valuations reports under supervision.
- Attend client and industry functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations for valuations.
- Update databases for valuations purposes.
- Maintain data for properties under supervision.

**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will require:

- Superior analytical skills
- Currently enrolled in tertiary qualifications enabling membership to API
- Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions
- Ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines
- Proactive and self-motivated - ability to add value to the team
- Computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel, MS Word
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
