RDA is a world class supplier of dairy based products, services and solutions to the retail, foodservice and food ingredients markets.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our business as the_**Supply Chain Coordinator**_someonewho is well-versed in raising purchase orders, arranging transport, understands the supply chain process and familiar with Microsoft AX Dynamics system.

**Duties will include;**
- Raise all PO's for production/foodservice/trading stock nationally and build strong relationships with supplier contacts
- Rounded understanding of all incoterm arrangements, inbound/outbound country requirements and ensure the business meets these requirements.
- Work with suppliers to ensure quantities and ETAs can be met in line with Production requirements, timeline commitments and warehouse and 3PL capacity
- Co-ordinate the logistics to align with P&L initiatives
- Ensure all PO dates in ERP are up to date so warehouses/production have correct information for planning production and warehouse resources
- Raise claims against vendors
- Arrange the return of stock to suppliers if needed
- Make sure documentation for imports is correct/received on time for clearance
- Work closely with suppliers to manage changes/delays due to worldwide shipping disruptions
- Ensure Suppliers fix any issues/supply additional documentation if needed
- Work with freight forwarders and hold them accountable to fix any issues relating to clearance/paperwork in order to minimise any additional charges.
- Co-ordinate with freight forwarders and wharf carriers nationally for timeslots of containers into Greenacre

**You will need;**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar supply chain role, or export/import.
- Knowledge of AX Dynamics system
- Good computer and excel skills
- A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:
