**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all food and beverage operations at Post Office Club Hotel, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work culture and team spirit.
- Collaborate with chefs and suppliers to curate outstanding dining experiences tailored to the venue’s concept and clientele.
- Manage labor costs, food costs, and stock levels to optimise profitability while maintaining service excellence.
- Ensure venue presentation is impeccable, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and ambiance.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best quality and value for the venue.
- Implement and refine operational policies to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and overall performance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2+ years proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory control, staffing, budgeting, and health regulations.
- Leadership experience with the ability to train and inspire a team to deliver top-notch service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in event operations and knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
