**About the role**

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented **Business Service Officers** to provide high-quality administrative support within the **Clinical Business Improvement & Support team**and the broader** Statewide Dental**division.

Positions are conveniently located a short walk from the Adelaide Train station and Rundle Mall in the Roma Mitchell House building, North Terrace.

**About You**

We are looking for a **detail-oriented**and **proactive Business Service Officer** proficient in using **Microsoft Excel** and **Outlook**, with high **attention to detail**, **solid computer** and **data entry skills**.
- **Exceptional accuracy & attention to detail** - Proven ability to perform tasks efficiently with a high level of precision, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.
- **Strong problem-solving & organisational skills** - Ability to work independently, set priorities, manage workloads effectively, and complete complex administrative tasks.
- **Excellent communication & customer service** - Ability to engage professionally with a range of staff, clients, and stakeholders while delivering a high standard of service.
