**About the role**

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver the Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) in Springfield, Maroochydore and virtually. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our students and supporting their learning journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality training and assessment services for the Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) in classroom and/or virtual environments.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students to support their learning journey
- Provide feedback and support to students on their progress and assessment outcomes
- Develop and review training and assessment materials to ensure they are current and aligned with industry requirements
- Participate in professional development activities to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in training and assessment

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- Relevant industry experience in business, customer engagement or a related field
- Experience delivering training and assessment in a classroom or virtual environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly efficient time management and organisational skills
- Current National Police Clearance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Springfield, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
