Bookkeeper / Data Entry Assistant - Flexible Family Business

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated person to join us in a casual or part time role (approx. 10 hours per week to start, with potential to grow). The role is hybrid (mix of work from home and in-office) depending on client needs.

The initial focus will be data entry, with the opportunity to move into day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll tasks depending on your skills.

What We’re Looking For
- Someone with an interest in bookkeeping or administration (experience is welcome but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with technology and accounting software (some training provided)
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or accounting software certifications are highly regarded, but not essential
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

Location

We’re based in Brisbane’s south-east and Ipswich area. The role offers hybrid working flexibility.

How to Apply
