The successful applicant must have a strong desire to learn about providing high quality care as well as attention to detail. You also need to meet these criteria:

- Hold no qualification to be eligible for a Traineeship, however you must show that you are committed to study a Certificate III in Early Childhood.
- Hold a current blue card - you need this before you start
- Hold/be willing to get a current first aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis training (we have a training college that can help with this)
- Be motivated & enthusiastic
- Be available to work any shifts within the centre hours - most of our centres are open 6am to 6pm
- Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care

**Our Centre**

**Woodcrest Early Education Centre** are located next door to Woodcrest College with our entrance on Commercial Drive in Springfield. Our centre has been rated as an Exceeding Centre by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA). We can care for up to 265 children per day and offer a huge range of quality programs for our children such as bush kindy, healthy eating programs as well as language and music opportunities.

**Salary**: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
