**Job**Summary**:
Xperate is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Solutions Consultant to join our global team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with law firms to deliver cutting-edge legal technology solutions and work closely with our development team to create custom-built software and seamless integrations tailored to client needs. **Key**Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement & Consultation**:

- Collaborate with law firms and legal tech vendors to understand business needs and technical requirements
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify opportunities for software implementation or bespoke development

**Solution Design & Specification**:

- Scope and document custom software development requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with the development team to ensure alignment and feasibility

**Software Implementation**:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of legal technology solutions, including configuration, integration, and testing
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications

**Training & Support**:

- Deliver tailored end-user training sessions and create supporting documentation
- Provide post-implementation support and act as a trusted advisor for ongoing solution optimisation

**Collaboration & Innovation**:

- Stay current with legal tech trends and emerging technologies
- Liaise with the global Xperate team, where required.

**Preferred**Skills**:
Core Skills
- Experience with legal practice management and/or document management software e.g. iManage, NetDocuments, Actionstep, Clio, Practice Evolve, Affinity, Unity

Knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integrations

Desirable Skills
- 2+ years experience in a Solutions Consultant, Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist or similar role, ideally within the legal or legal tech sector

Good to Have
- Experience in legal technology and law firms
