Our client is recruiting an experienced supervisor for one of Wahroonga's most loved and iconic venues.
This is a full-time role working a rotating roster.

Skills and experience
- You must have at least 3 years' experience as a supervisor and help leading a high-performance team
- Experience working in a high-volume establishment with a hands-on approach
- A passion for good food, wine and providing friendly service is essential.
- Able to build report with guests and exceed their expectations
- Important you can motivate and lead the team to ensure a smooth operation at all times.
- Food and beverage knowledge including wine and spirits as well as beverage service is essential

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Supervisor: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
