Security Supervisor

We are seeking dedicated and professional **Security Officers** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and staff, while ensuring the smooth operations of the premises

Part time and casual Position Available

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Display exemplary customer service
- Demonstrate exceptional security service standards
- Conduct detailed checks and comprehensive patrols
- Proactively monitor the site for safety and security breaches
- Respond to incidents in accordance with protocols
- Perform other security/safety duties conscientiously and as required
- Enforce procedural rules and regulations
- Ensure the personal safety of staff, customers, and property
- Maintain security and safety for the shopping centre
- Monitor CCTV, control room duties and access control

**To be considered for this role you will**:

- Have proven customer service experience/expertise in a security
- Work as an integral team member
- Be well presented at all times with excellent communication skills
- Have a can-do and proactive attitude with exceptional self-motivation
- Have availability to work on a rotating roster and weekends

**Qualifications/ Licenses**:

- **Current valid NSW Security License (mandatory)**:

- First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
- Australian Work Rights (mandatory)
