Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Join Suncorp as a People Advisor, partnering with senior leaders to drive people initiatives and deliver value for our customers.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to deliver effective people solutions
- Support organisational change, talent planning, and people risk management
- Leverage HR data to identify trends, solve problems, and inform decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement and implement people-related initiatives
- Manage sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism

**What You’ll Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR (desirable) with 5+ years’ HR experience in large or complex organisations
- Proven ability to manage complex HR matters independently
- Strong generalist HR skills, including across the employee lifecycle
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and project management is highly regarded
