**The Role**

Due to ongoing expansion and growth, We are seeking an experienced ‘Traffic Control Scheduler Coordinator’ with skills & experience within the traffic control industry.

**Your duties will include**:

- Scheduling Jobs
- Client and account coordination
- Allocation of traffic controllers to work sites
- Timesheet management for sites including receiving and reviewing
- Fleet maintenance and management scheduling
- Manage online inductions for new employees
- Sign and Equipment maintenance and ordering
- Customer and employee complaint management
- Excel spreadsheet management
- General administration duties

**What are we looking for?**
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Previous administration and coordination experience
- Traffic management industry knowledge would be a benefit
- Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive and solutions driven with tasks
- Solid computer skills including the ability to learn new systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management with a customer service focus
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
- Be a results oriented professional.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
