**About Us**:
Direct Traffic Pty Ltd is a leading provider of traffic management services, offering innovative and safe solutions for a variety of projects. We are currently seeking experienced Traffic Controller Team Leaders to join our growing team in the Sydney Area.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Traffic Controller Team Leaders to oversee and manage teams ensuring the safe and effective control of traffic in various environments. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising traffic controllers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and contributing to the efficient execution of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of traffic controllers on various worksites.
- Ensure all worksite traffic management plans are followed accurately.
- Conduct safety checks and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and team members.
- Resolve any traffic control issues that arise on-site.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Report and document all traffic-related incidents and issues.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Traffic Controller.
- Hold a valid Traffic Control (TCR), Implement Traffic Management Plans (IMP), and Work on Foot (WoF) ticket.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Preferred but Not Essential**:

- First Aid certificate.
- Ability to work away from home

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers Licence (required)
- White Card (required)
- Traffic Control Licence & Implement Traffic Control Plans (required)
- Minimum 12months Team Leader Experience (required)
- Workers on Foot Training (required)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
