This vibrant Government Department is responsible for delivering policies and programmes that support the Australian Community. This program provides support to individuals who have experienced hardship and need assistance through providing counselling, case management and financial support. They are seeking a high performing APS6 Records Manager to join their team to support their team.

**Your new role**

Records Management is your domain. Working with junior staff, you will have the opportunity to impart your knowledge onto junior staff in the area to upskill them. Monitoring data quality and providing quality assurance in the departments EDRMS will be a key responsibility for you, however you will also be responsible for:

- Data Mapping in order to migrate data between the EDRMS data sets
- Undertaking searched for Royal Commission Notices
- Provide System Administration and Support

As you will be engaging and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders internally, well-developed communication skills with the ability to foster professional relationships whilst building rapport and trust is a must.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your experience with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Content Manager (CM9) will be essential for you to succeed in this position. Having a good knowledge of records management processes, procedures and legislation will allow you to hit the ground running in this role. Being able to demonstrate the following is beneficial:

- Understanding of AFDA Express 2
- Technical experience to undertake data mapping
- Manage and provide high quality system administration support

To be considered for this role you must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance at the Baseline level or higher.
