**About the role**
- We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our dynamic Admin team within the Victorian Liver Transplant Unit.
- You will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative delivery of our patient journey and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
- A regular day will see you:
- Managing our unit reception and outpatient clinics-
- Delivering excellent customer service to all patients and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience.-
- Managing administrative tasks, including accurate data entry and record-keeping. Supporting our Clinical team in care delivery**About you**
- You will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding patient care. You’ll bring energy, drive, and a proactive attitude to your work, with a keen interest in developing your skillset and working within a team.
