Access Disability Services is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to supporting people with disabilities to live independently, participate in their communities, and achieve their goals. Our organisation values respect, dignity, and personalised care for all clients.

We are seeking passionate and reliable Support Workers to provide person-centred care to our NDIS clients. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, personal care, transport, domestic duties, and community engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to clients in line with their NDIS goals and support plans.
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and grooming where required.
- Support clients with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.
- Provide safe transport and accompany clients to appointments, community events, and recreational activities.
- Encourage independence and promote clients’ rights, dignity, and choices.
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in line with organisational procedures.
- Report any concerns or incidents in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.

**Essential Criteria**
- Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in disability, community, or aged care support.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
- Working With Children Check (if applicable).
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of person-centred practice.
- Able to speak a community language.
