To be successful in this highly sought after role you will hold a Qualification in an approved (ACECQA) qualification, or to be enrolled and actively working towards an approved qualification. Most of all though you will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the developmental needs of children and your approach in engaging them in appropriate and multi faceted activities. You will show high levels of leadership as you induct, manage the performance coach of other workers. Your ability to develop strong and sustained relationships with children, showing interest in and delivering a clear picture of each child as learner will be appreciated by the team and management of CRCS.

You will of course be absolutely committed to quality and experienced in developing and implementing appropriate Educational Programs and Practice (QA1) and in accordance with Part 4.1 of the Regulations.to maintaining.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**CRCS also requires all workers to**:

- Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
- Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position
- Maintain full COVID-19 vaccination currency and provide evidence of their vaccinations to CRCS (sensitive information is kept private and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles) unless they are able to provide suitable evidence of a medical contraindication that prevents them from receiving this vaccine.
