**More about what you’ll do**

We are currently looking for an Recruitment Specialist to join our vibrant, dynamic and friendly People & Culture team.

In this role, you will:

- Look after the end to end recruitment function on a national scale
- Liaise with business leaders to identify role requirements, and create engaging job advertisements
- Implement sourcing strategies to deliver the strongest results to bring top talent into the business
- Stay current regarding recruitment trends and best practices
- Think outside the box and contribute new ideas to innovate current systems and processes
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and co-ordinate interviews with business leaders
- Complete pre-employment checks and make employment offers
- Oversee the Company’s employee referral programme
- Ad hoc duties and project work as required
