Are you an experienced cleaning professional ready to step into a dynamic Account Manager role? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to manage cleaning sites across Sydney’s Northern Beaches. If you’re passionate about quality, safety, and building strong client relationship, this could be your next big move.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As our Account Manager, you’ll be the face of our service excellence. Your responsibilities include:

- Planning and conducting regular site visits and initial cleaning check-ins
- Monitoring cleaning quality and inspecting cleaners’ rooms
- Preparing Job Safety and Environmental Analysis (JSEA) and resolving safety concerns
- Identifying scope changes and referring to quoting systems or sales for re-quotes
- Quoting ad hoc services and updating quote statuses
- Handling and documenting customer complaints professionally
- Ensuring cleaner check-ins are consistent and cleaners are trained on the app
- Implementing hierarchy of controls to address safety issues
- Maintaining accurate records of all site visits

**What You Must Have**:

- Minimum **2 years of cleaning industry experience**:

- **Full working rights in Australia**:

- **Valid Australian driver’s licence**:

- **Excellent English communication skills**:

- **Strong admin and computer literacy** (Microsoft Office, quoting systems, etc.)
- Have an smartphone IOS or Android operational system.
