It’s all aboutthe role
Reporting to the Finance manager the majority of your day will be managing creditors, debtors, chasing payments, receipts and some assistance with cash management. You will be liaising with logistic/purchasing staff and assistance re costing, month end, closing sales. You will update Excel spreadsheets and Inventory reports and reconciliation bank accounts and intercompany invoicing, month end journal entries, updating of Staff leave accrual spreadsheets. Office management duties including general admin, answering phone, stationer orders, and dealing with and organising contractors (cleaners, plumbers, security companies etc). The hours are Part Time and flexible around school hours.
It’s all aboutyou
You will be practical person who is happy to pick up the phone and chat to a customer regarding their accounts. You will have some finance knowledge and be comfortable on the phones. Experience in NetSuite would be a huge advantage however, experience in a similar system is still highly regarded. Bring your can-do, hands-on customer focused approach, your stickling for accuracy, helpful nature and your initiative to secure yourself a fantastic role with a solid organisation.
