**About the Centre**:
Papilio St kilda is a boutique service and our dedicated team supports children's growth using the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, which includes STEM and literacy opportunities. With engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces, including a large playground, we foster strong connections with local schools and community groups. We provide fresh, healthy meals prepared onsite, With a government-approved kindergarten program, safety and security of the children is our top priority.

**About the Role**
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**About you**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- Has good mentoring skills
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in meeting safety and compliance standard
