**About the Centre**:
Our passionate educators are committed to nurturing each child’s development through caring relationships and tailored learning experiences. With engaging indoor learning zones and vibrant outdoor play spaces, children are encouraged to explore their interests, build friendships, and grow in confidence every day. Conveniently located at 2 Russell Street and open Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, our long day care centre proudly supports families across the Werribee community.

**About the Role**
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**About you**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
