**The Role**:
A position has come available for an experienced Maintenance Team Member with proven experience within the facilities field. This position will be based at **Woodgrove Shopping Centre** and requires flexibility to work Sunday to Saturday.

The overall functions of this role are:

- General handy-person and trade duties
- Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
- Maintain the presentation of the center to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients
- Flexibility to work across different shifts

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Previous experience within retail environment
- Ability to manage a team and work stand-alone.
- Qualification in either carpentry/plumbing/electrical engineering will be favoured
- Versatile handy-person skills
- Be self-motivated and responsible
- Have good time management and organisational skills
- Physically capable of moving equipment
- Liaise with customers and customer complaints
- Trade qualification in either carpentry, plumbing, painting etc
- Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable
