We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Service Coordinator to join our supportive and collaborative team based in Wollongong.

As a Service Coordinator, no two days will be the same as you manage daily Modus trade schedules for reactive facilities maintenance. You will be dealing with the Big 4 banking institutions Australia-wide. You will be allocated your own account and be the number-one go-to for your clients. Also, enjoy building relationships with your favourite trades and gain satisfaction from ticking your achievement box at the end of the day. Works will be scheduled throughout the country, utilising state-of-the-art software. You will also enjoy support from your colleagues and head office crew.

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage daily Modus trade schedules for both reactive facilities maintenance
- Respond to reported maintenance issues and coordinate an efficient and effective response
- Organising quotes, producing work orders and optimising business operations
- Use your nous to problem solve and build strong and trusting relationships both internally and externally
- Coordinate and manage tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines

**A bit about you**
- Communication is your strength, multitasking is second nature & you are known as the doer
- Proven experience with scheduling systems, and exposure to logistics, property, shipping, real estate, or trades background will help you hit the ground running
- 2 -5 years’ experience in a customer service, coordination role or facilities maintenance role
- Friendly and sociable
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
