**The Role**: We are seeking a proactive Corporate Service Manager who will be integral to our office management team and provide essential administrative support. This role involves managing daily business operations, and attending strategic planning reviews.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct strategic planning reviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal key business stakeholders
- Assist in preparing critical bidding proposals and tendering contracts for industrial clients
- Lead and direct the team of business development managers to achieve the company’s targets
- Review the management accounting practices and corporate finance policies across Australia-Asia operations
- Develop the international trading and accounting policies across the company members
- Review the monthly financial reports and implement the operational budget quarterly

- Proficiency in international trading contracts
