In this context, we are actively in search of a proficient **Corporate Service Manager** to enrich our team based in the picturesque region of Western Australia.
**Reporting Line - **Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Develop and implement efficient administrative process and procedures to enhance productivity and organisation.
- Lead and manage the administrative team, including administrative assistants, and support staff.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for office supplies, equipment, and services
- Coordinate travel arrangements for CEO and management level, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Plan and organize corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Regular corporate reports to CEO through Xplorate portal (JIRA, Confluence & HubSpot)
- Manage employee services such as onboarding, offboarding and employee recognition programs.
- Assist with the development, implementation and coordination of advertising and marketing campaign including with award submissions.
- Work with manage vendor in the coordination of campaign and project delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations and safety to provide comprehensive support across all Xplorate activities.
- Develop and manage budgets for corporate services, including facilities, travel, and administrative expenses for CEO and management level.
- Monitor and control expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate and select vendor for various services, negotiate contracts, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
To excel in this role and in turn become an integral member of our team you must have the minimum requirements as follows:
- Must possess a minimum qualification of a Diploma or higher
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Corporate Service Management (or closely related position)
- Knowledge of handling travel and basic aviation is plus.
- Knowledge of relevant tools for office and project management including JIRA, Confluence, and SERA
- Ability to manage event and familiar with marketing tools such as Canva and photo editing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with important internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel when required.
- A team player with an excellent attitude.
