Electronic Equipment Trades Worker

**A bit about the role.**

We’re on the lookout for a Full-Time Electronic Equipment Trades Worker to join our NSW team, located in Revesby.

As an Electronic Equipment Trades Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and supervision of BSV LED installations with a particular focus on quality control aspects, whilst providing ongoing support to the Operations Manager.

**Your responsibilities.**
- Building, installation and commissioning of permanent LED instruments and control systems
- Pre-installation coordination of materials
- Repairing and maintaining LED components by replacing worn and defective parts and wiring
- Attending service calls to examine and test LED equipment, instruments and control systems to diagnose and rectify faults
- Advising colleagues and clients of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions

This role will include intra and interstate travel, with intermittent overnight and weekend work.

Due to the location of some screens, this role requires someone who is not afraid of heights.

- Drivers Licence
- RIIWHS204E - Work Safely at Heights
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Elevated Work Platform Yellow Card
- HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid
- HLTAID009 - Provide CPR
- Along with:_
- A strong understanding of LED screens and AV systems with at least 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Leadership or Project Management experience (managing/supervising a team of 3 or more)
- Experience working at heights
- Experience in WHS including conducting toolbox talks, SWMS, SOPs, Risk Assessments etc
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Advanced understanding of logistics and warehousing
- Ability to determine client requirements
- Highly organised, structured and resilient
- High attention to detail
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and importance of compliance
- Ensure conduct is professional, ethical and in the best interest of the business
- Be responsive & proactive in dealings with key internal & external stakeholders
- Desirable:_
- Certificate III in Electronics and Communications (or equivalent)
- HR Truck Licence
- High Risk LF (Forklift) Licence
- High Risk WP (Operate a boom-type elevating work platform over 11m) Licence
- High Risk DG (Dogging) Licence
- High Risk RB/RI or RA (Rigging) Licence
- High Risk SB/SI or SA (Scaffolding) Licence

Pay: $89,520.00 per year
