We provide services and technology to enable the circular lifecycle of a drink container, from purchase to collection, through to recycling and remanufacturing. Our services include IT technology, payments, brand experience, customer support, and materials trading.

Container Exchange Services (CES) is a joint venture between Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Lion that was established to provide scalable and sustainable solutions for Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in Australia and around the World. We power one of Australia’s largest recycling programs: Containers for Change.

As an organisation, we are in our forth successful year of operation having grown rapidly in revenue and people. The business is undergoing massive growth through our existing recycling schemes and expanding into new states.

**Description**:
About the role

As our Product Manager of Digital and Customer you will be responsible for leading a small team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, across all phase of Product Inception through to delivery of the solutions and services used in our customer domain which includes potential, existing known and unknown customers (i.e. individuals, charities, community groups). You will be required to place the end users needs into every touch point along the journey of the redemption of a container from strategic initiative, through agile build and delivery to run, and ongoing continuous improvement through enhancements, as well as L2 product support as required.

You will partner with Clients (Scheme) stakeholders, CES management, and key customer users to understand the current challenges and opportunities across technologies like marketing automation, website, and real time payments.

You will be expected to allocate resources within your product area to support strategic goals and prioritize resources based on value (i.e., financials, risk, strategic opportunities), and work with Engineering and Test Teams where required to successfully deliver change.

Partner with the Scheme Service Owners, B2C Key Users, and CES Functions to understand their strategic goals, challenges and opportunities
Establish and leverage metrics and data (i.e. conversion funnels, google analytics, A/B testing) to show performance and opportunities within the customer experience
Own the IT product roadmap and portfolio for the B2C related products e.g. Public Website, Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Mobile Apps, Marketing Automation, Rewards and Loyalty
Ensure all demand for the B2C products are captured, prioritised, and executed within our portfolio, project and enhancement methodologies
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and align on the portfolio of work
Provide agile or waterfall project management as required to deliver work in your team
Ensure effective collaboration between product and engineering
Manage, coach, and mentor your team to become a high performing team.

Excellent understanding of development of digital assets including Website, Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Mobile Apps, Marketing Automation, Rewards and Loyalty
