Logistics:
Battlespace Communications Systems is seeking highly motivated, skilled and experienced Logistics Officers. We are a Sustainment group supporting a large asset base of military equipment.
The role requires experience in planning and managing a large annual budget, responsibility for a large and complex supply and repair chain using an integrated enterprise resource system, dealing with contract service providers and managing an integrated fleet team.
Experience in service delivery performed to KPIs, managing contract performance and good team and stakeholder engagement skills would be highly regarded. Experience in an acquisition project or a sustainment product background being highly desirable.
Experience in project or program management would be well regarded, particularly in managing fleet and asset renewal, with close stakeholder engagement and an understanding of integrated logistic support or capability lifecycle elements.

Key attributes and experience we are looking for:
- Experience working in and/or providing support to Integrated Logistics Support management and legislative frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to establish clear plans and timeframes and be able to respond positively to change and uncertainty.
- A confident communicator, who is collaborative, agile and can effectively manage within an integrated team environment.
- Sound commercial and business acumen and a demonstrated understanding of the Defence Industry sector in Australia.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to liaise with various levels of stakeholders in relation to complex issues.
- A team leader who values team work and performs well in a diverse and integrated environment.
